Prosper Noggin Community Development Corporation believes every child has unrealized potential.

Our primary focus is to help empower families by connecting them to quality resources and programs. Working with parents, Prosper Noggin develops a plan of action to connect families with solutions to include cognitive development & testing, literacy & learning challenges, scholarship navigation, homeschool support, social / emotional development, life skills, at-home activities and more.

Our Family Resource Center (FRC), located in the heart of Okeechobee City, provides a safe and diverse environment where our neighbors can seek assistance, guidance and consulting services. Prosper Noggin helps families navigate the application process for state funding opportunities, including matching them to state approved materials, resources and providers.

Our mission is to help children grow cognitively, academically, socially and spiritually by using a Christ-centered approach.

Prosper Noggin operates in locations throughout Okeechobee County, primary offices are located at 406 NW 4th Street.
